Effective 28 October 2026

Your information should move only with a clear purpose.

This privacy notice explains how ImpactEco handles information when you visit our public website, contact us, or use the ImpactEco portal.

Plain-language overview

Information supports verification, matching and accountable communication.

ImpactEco may collect professional contact details, organization and project information, funding mandates, evidence, communications and impact updates that you provide through the portal or by email.

The public website does not use advertising trackers or collect project applications directly. Account creation, project submissions and funding mandates are handled through the secure ImpactEco portal.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, verify identities and projects, match funding mandates, moderate introductions, prevent misuse, respond to inquiries, maintain audit records and improve the service.

Retention and international access

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for active services, verification history, security, disputes and applicable obligations. Because ImpactEco serves users globally, authorized processing may occur outside your country subject to appropriate operational safeguards.

Controlled access

Portal access is role-based. Project evidence is available only to the project owner, authorized ImpactEco administrators and eligible funders after an approved introduction.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers needed to host the website, database and email service, or disclosed where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use access controls, secure sessions, upload restrictions, activity records and backups. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should avoid uploading information that is not needed for verification.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or close an account. Some records may be retained for security, audit or legal reasons.
